Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Anne’s HomeStay, we understand that travel plans may sometimes change. Please review our booking cancellation and refund policy carefully before making your reservation.
Instant Booking Policy
All confirmed reservations made through our Instant Booking system are subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.
Free Cancellation
Guests are entitled to cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking without penalty, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Refund Schedule
50% Refund
Guests who cancel their reservation 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
25% Refund
Guests who cancel less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 25% refund of the total booking amount.
Non-Refundable
Reservations canceled less than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
Emergency & Disaster Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in cases of verified unforeseen emergencies, natural disasters, severe weather events, government travel restrictions, or other exceptional circumstances beyond the guest’s control. Supporting documentation may be required.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date the cancellation request is confirmed. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible, less any applicable processing or third-party transaction fees.
